We’re Hiring: Experienced Performance Marketer
Expert in Google & Meta Ads | Fully Remote
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
You will be responsible for the execution, management, and optimization of paid campaigns for our clients, as well as preparing monthly reports. Collaboration with our design team will be essential, as you’ll guide the creative direction of each campaign. While strategy planning isn’t mandatory, your input and ideas will always be welcome.
Responsibilities:

In-depth competitor research

Ad copywriting
-
Structured A/B testing

Campaign setup and launch

Monitoring of online & offline KPIs

Performance-based optimization decisions
-
Weekly detailed internal reporting

Concise monthly reporting to clients

Basic understanding and use of CRM systems
Requirements:

Excellent command of Google Ads
-
Excellent command of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Strong copywriting skills with the help of AI

Good knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

Ability to collaborate well with designers
-
4+ years of experience in digital marketing agency

Reliability in tracking and improving campaign performance

Creativity and initiative
-
Fast execution skills
-
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience in medical digital marketing is a significant plus
